This course consists of two units of competence: TLID0015 Load and unload goods/cargo & TLIA1001 Secure cargo.
The combination of these two units provides participants with the skills and knowledge to load, unload and secure goods and/or cargo in accordance with procedures and regulatory requirements, as part of work activities within industry. It includes loading/ unloading goods and cargo, lashing/ unlashing and protecting a load and completing documentation in accordance with relevant state or territory legislative, permit and code of practice requirements.
DRM Trainers may be mobilised offsite or attend any suitable location to accommodate organisational needs. In addition, courses may be customised to ensure delivery aligns with any operational requirement.
