Cooling Off Period / CancellationsCooling off period is up to 7 days prior to the course starting. A full refund will apply.
Cancellations must be advised in writing (email accepted) no later than set out bellow:
- 7 working days’ notice prior to the course starting = 100% refund
- 3 – 6 working days’ notice prior to the course starting = 75% refund
- 2 working days’ notice prior to the course starting = 50% refund
- 1 working days’ notice prior to the course starting = 0% refund
